Ms. Harris is a founding member of the Ticket 2 HealthTM Group and also provides health education expertise and support to the U.S. Army Health Information Technology System (HITS) and the HOOAH 4 HEALTH program. She is the founder of Health 4 Life, Inc., a healthy lifestyles education and training company leveraging a professional nursing career of 36 years. Ms. Harris is a retired Civilian DoD Health Educator and Program Manager, U.S. Center for Health Promotion and Preventive Medicine (USACHPPM) and liaison to DHHS HealthierUS initiative. She served in the U.S. Navy with over 30 years combined active and reserve time, retiring as a Captain in 2000.

Dr. Patrick D. Sculley, DDS, MA

Major General (US Army Retired) Patrick D. Sculley, DDS, MA, former chief of staff of the U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) and the second highest-ranking officer in the Army health care system. He was also deputy surgeon general of the Army and chief of the Army's Dental Corps.

Dr. William R. Drucker, MD
|
Dr. Drucker, a cardiothoracic surgeon, recently retired as a professor in the Department of Surgery at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS), Bethesda, Maryland. Before joining the staff at USUHS, he served as a professor and dean of the School of Medicine at the University of Virginia, and chief of staff at the university's hospital. He also was a professor of surgery at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, and was professor of surgery and surgeon-in-chief at Toronto General Hospital until 1972, when he became professor and chairman of the Department of Surgery and surgeon-in-chief at Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester New York. Dr. Drucker served in the US Navy at the Naval Medical Research Institute, Bethesda, Maryland and at Naval Medical Research Unit #3 in Cairo, Egypt. He received his M.D. from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and his B.S. from Harvard College.
Dr. Drucker is a member of several American and Canadian medical associations and societies and has authored or coauthored several technical papers and professional articles related to cardiovascular medicine and trauma surgery. He is also on the editorial board of the American Journal of Surgery.

Linda A. Spencer, PH.D, MPH, BSN

Dr. Spencer is the Director of the Public Health Nursing Leadership Program, Neil Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing, Emory University. She currently serving as a member of the Department of Health and Human Services, Steps to a HealthierUS, the centerpiece of a five-year cooperative agreement administered by the Centers for Disease Control, Community Guide Branch Division of Prevention Research and Analytic Methods, Epidemiology Program Office in Atlanta, Georgia. This program is designed to enable communities to reduce the burden of chronic disease. She also supports disaster and humanitarian assistance efforts through the US Army Center for Disease and Humanitarian Assistance Medicine and the Uniformed University of the Health Sciences, and has traveled worldwide to address public health concerns and epidemiology issues. Dr. Spencer was a Program Manager for the International Red Cross, Moscow, Russia. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Georgia State University, a Masters in public health from Emory University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mt. St. Mary's College, Los Angeles, California.
